Interview se pehle

1. Company ke baare mein padho: kya karti hai, customers kaun hain, haal ki koi news.
2. Job description ki main requirements likho, aur har ek ke liye apna ek real example socho.
3. “Tell me about yourself” ka 60–90 second ka jawab taiyar karo.
4. Mock interview mein bolkar practice karo aur apni galtiyan dekho.
5. Online interview hai to camera, mic aur internet pehle check karo.

Common sawal

• Tell me about yourself — present role, past experience, aur ye job kyun.
• Why should we hire you? — job ki 2–3 requirements aur unka proof.
• Your strengths and weaknesses — weakness sach batao aur use sudharne ke liye kya kar rahe ho.
• Ek mushkil situation batao — STAR method se: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
• Aapke koi sawal hain? — hamesha 2 sawal taiyar rakho.

Interview ke dauraan

• Jawab chhote aur seedhe rakho; example ke saath.
• Samajh na aaye to sawal dobara poochna theek hai.
• Sales interview mein apne numbers batao: target, achievement, customers.
• Interview ke baad ek chhota thank-you email bhejo.
